Hybrid Athlete
A dynamic blend of strength, stability, and endurance training. This full-body class combines Pilates, dumbbells, kettlebells, bars, TRX, core, and bodyweight work to build total-body control and power. Designed to improve strength, mobility, and athletic performance — move, sweat, and train like a true hybrid athlete.

Full Body Strength
Train smarter and stronger with this total-body workout that uses the entire gym — from free weights and machines to functional tools and cardio equipment. You’ll build balanced strength, improve movement quality, and increase endurance with guided coaching and proper technique every step of the way
